Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If Naqsha Pro isn’t right for you, email support@nixpx.com within 14 days of a payment, with your order number or the email address you bought with, and we’ll refund that payment in full. This applies to the lifetime licence, the first payment of a subscription, and each subscription renewal.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The licence key is deactivated and Pro features lock again. Your diagrams are not affected and still open in the free edition.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for. After 14 days, a payment that is not refunded is not pro-rated.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
