Naqsha (free)

The Naqsha app is free and open source under the MIT License. You can download it from our GitHub releases page or use it in your browser. The MIT License governs your use of the source code and the free app.

Naqsha Pro

Naqsha Pro is a digital software licence. When you buy it you receive a licence key by email straight away; entering the key in the app unlocks the Pro features. Nothing is shipped and no service is performed.

• Subscription (monthly or yearly): Pro stays unlocked while the subscription is active. It renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime (one payment): the version you have, and every version released in the 12 months after your purchase, stay unlocked for good. Later versions need a new licence or a subscription.
• Each licence is for one person, who may use it on their own computers (up to the number of activations shown at checkout). Licences may not be shared, resold or published.
• A 14-day free trial of Pro is available in the app without payment.

Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your drawings

Your diagrams are yours. They are stored on your own device and we never receive them. Naqsha is a drawing tool: it does not check that a design is safe, correct or compliant with codes and standards. Engineering drawings made with it remain the responsibility of the engineer who issues them.

Warranty and liability

Naqsha and Naqsha Pro are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for Naqsha Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not take away features you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Questions: support@nixpx.com.
