Email support@nixpx.com. It helps to include which edition you use (Mac, Windows, Linux, browser, Microsoft Office or ONLYOFFICE), its version (File › About), what you did and what happened, and a screenshot. For Pro questions, include the email address you bought with; please don’t send your full licence key.

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Open the add-in from Insert › Naqsha Diagram (or Insert › Add-ins › Naqsha).
• New diagram opens Naqsha: pick a template or draw, then press Insert.
• To change a diagram, select it and choose Edit selected diagram.
• A diagram pasted from another file shows as a picture but can’t be edited there, because its data stays in the file it was inserted into.
• The add-in needs an internet connection to nixpx.com.

ONLYOFFICE

• Open it from Plugins › Naqsha, pick a template or draw, then press Insert.
• Double-click an inserted diagram to edit it.
• The plugin needs an internet connection to nixpx.com.

Naqsha Pro licences

• Activate your key from the Pro tab › Licence. Each key works on a set number of devices.
• “This key is already active on as many devices as it allows”: on a device you no longer use, open Pro › Licence and choose Remove from this device, or deactivate the old device from your Lemon Squeezy orders page, then activate again.
• Subscriptions are managed from the link in your receipt email, or from Pro › Licence › Manage subscription.
